What is Summerization or a Turn On Service?
Summerization, also known as a Turn On Service, is the process of preparing your irrigation system for the warm season. At Best Cape Cod Irrigation, our experts perform a full inspection of your system, checking for leaks, broken heads, and proper water pressure. We turn the water back on, adjust sprinkler heads for optimal coverage, test zones, and program the controller for efficient watering schedules. This proactive service ensures your lawn and landscape stay healthy and green all summer long, while helping to conserve water and prevent costly repairs.
What is Sprinkler Winterization?
Sprinkler winterization is the process of safely shutting down your irrigation system before freezing temperatures arrive. At Best Cape Cod Irrigation, we use high-pressure air to blow out all water from the pipes, valves, and sprinkler heads to prevent freezing and cracking. Our technicians also shut off the water supply and controller, ensuring the system is fully protected for the winter months. Proper winterization helps avoid costly damage and ensures your system is ready to perform when spring returns.

Terms and Conditions
We deduct 25% off your Summerization Service* when you sign up for your Best Cape Cod Maintenance package.
Two Payment Options
1) 30% due at signing. Remaining balance is paid over eleven, even monthly payments.
2) 5% discount for a one-time annual fee.
Your warranty will remain in effect until the the first frost in 2025 (September or later).
* All contracts are subject to a non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of your contract. This 10% is included in your pre-payment.
