Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, contact details, and message. Your submission goes to our team by email so we can respond to your request.
When you use our chat, we collect the messages you type. If you choose to share them, we also collect your name, email address, phone number, address, and details about the work you need. The chat sends information to our team so we can follow up. We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep the chat transcript and any details you provide. The chat uses Anthropic's AI service to generate replies.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, we collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and time on the site. Our hosting provider processes standard request data in server logs. Our analytics tools measure website use and count page views. Google Analytics 4 also measures approximate location and how visitors find the website so we can improve it.
Who receives information and why
Our website uses providers for hosting, analytics, chat, spam protection, security, fonts, icons, and embedded content. These providers receive information for the functions described below. Akismet receives form submissions, your IP address, and browser details to check for spam. hCaptcha and Cloudflare receive your IP address and browser details to help protect the website and its forms.
