What is Summerization?
Our service is special because we include preventive services that our competitors will wait on to charge extra after they cause problems. All Summerizations help prevent clogging and ensures that your sprinkler system is watering everything just right for happy grass and gardens. Summerization service for your irrigation system takes place in the Spring.

Terms and Conditions
We deduct 50% off your Winterization* when you sign up for your Best Cape Cod Maintenance package.
Your payment schedule is 30% due at signing, and 30% due when we visit for your sprinkler winterizing.
Then we’ll see you in the spring for your Summerization Service. You pay the final 40% of your contract that day.
Your warranty will remain in effect until the the first frost in 2025 (September or later).
* All contracts are subject to a non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of your contract. This 10% is included in your pre-payment.
