General Policy
To protect the value and prices we offer, any payments due before a service must clear before that work starts. ***
If you have any questions about a specific service or project, then please give us a call or email us. We’ll be happy to help any way we can.
Zelle
We accept Zelle payments. There are no fees attached to Zelle payments.
Cash
We accept cash payments.
credit cards
Anyone is welcome to pay with a credit card, so long as they accept the attached fees. This guarantees we can continue to offer the best combination of value and price to everyone we work with.
Fees (that we can’t control):
$0.10 + 2.6% for tap
$0.10 + 3.5% for manual enter
Checks
We accept checks. Please read carefully.
Any payments due at the time of service must clear BEFORE that service begins.
For example, for new system installations 40% of the total is due on the day that onsite work begins (which is separate from the 10% down payment).
Check may take a few days to clear, so please plan accordingly if you intend to pay by check. We’re happy to work with you and help make this as easy as possible.
*** If a payment that’s due hasn’t cleared when service is scheduled to begin, then Best Cape Cod Irrigation reserves the right to reschedule work on account of failure to pay.
This could include a rescheduling fee to cover its losses on payroll, overtime, and losing revenue during that time at the discretion. We do this to protect our prices and value.
